Brittany

Brittany has been an oral surgery assistant since 2014. She has a certificate in dental assisting from the Dental Career Institute and she has an associates degree in business management from Southern Maine Community College. As Dr. King’s pathology coordinator she works exclusively with our pathology patients, educating them about their treatment, coordinating appointments throughout the entire treatment and answering any questions they have. Brittany is CPR certified and has completed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE), representing our collective commitment to patient safety. DAANCE-certification is a continuing education program that signifies a high level of competency and knowledge about different forms of anesthesia, commonly used drugs and techniques used in surgery, and an extended knowledge in both anatomy and physiology.

Outside of her professional career Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, friends and most of all her Golden Retriever, Bob. She also has a passion for outdoor adventures.
